The video shows University of Utah Hospital nurse Alex Wubbels being arrested on July 27, 2017 by a Salt Lake City police officer and phlebotomist for refusing to allow him to draw blood from an unconscious patient whose truck had been hit by a vehicle driven by a man the police were pursuing. The police did not have a warrant to obtain the blood draw and with the patient unconscious could not obtain his permission.

I've donated to the Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, but I must say I don't feel quite the same about victims in the US as I do for victims in 3rd world countries such as Indonesia or Sri Lanka. Despite Jim Graham's passing away, it seems like the group of people he put together is committed to keeping up with the event.
